M.S.I. INTER COLLEGE : ADMISSION PROCEDURE

College takes admission on merit basis or marks obtained in the qualifying examination or in the entrance examination or any other selection process as per the policy of the State Government and Committee Of Management. 

For whole admission process and before filling admission form, student must go through the uploaded file i.e. Important Instruction for student in (.pdf format).

Student can easily take Admission Form college (Administrative Block), on working days from 10:00 to 14:00 after 25th of May to 10th of July every year.

Last date to submit completed application form for Class VIth and IXth is 05th of July and for Class XIth the last date is 10th of July every year.

The Fee structure and other required admission criteria are strictly according to the norms issued by the state Goverment / Education Department.Incomplete Application form will be discarded and not be considered.

The students must follow the notified dates strictly. The College displays its Admission Notification on the College Notice Board as well as on its website for the concerned academic year.

Documents required at the time of completing Admission Formalities

Fill a separate Admission Form (available from the College office & College Website).
Ten Passport size photographs.

Self attested photocopy of following documents –

    1. Detailed Marks Sheet.(Passed / Qualifying Exam.)
    2. Certificate of Date of Birth (High School Certificate – Class X) for Intermediate.
    3. Character Certificate issued by the Head of the Institution last attended.
    4. Transfer (School - Leaving) Certificate from the Institution last attended.
    5. Migration Certificate (For Candidates from other state.
    6. The candidates belong to OBC / SC /ST category must carry their Caste Certificate for verification.

Transfer Cases: 
New students coming into the city on transfer are considered for admission after the Permission of D.I.O.S., Gorakhpur.

NOTE :

  • REGISTRATION does NOT Guarantee Admission, which will be subject to suitability and availability of vacancies.

  • A student will not be enrolled in any class until he produces a Transfer Certificate from the school last attended. The Transfer Certificate needs to be countersigned by the Inspector of Schools if the candidate is from anotherDistrict /State. 

    THE PRINCIPAL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFUSE ADMISSION WITHOUT ASSIGNING ANY REASON.
